Roll up your sleeves. Now that you see yourself more clearly, you learn how to optimize your strength, address recurring gaps, and tackle the challenges you’re currently facing.

You’ll still have a guide walking beside you, offering a sounding board, objective observations, and a proven debrief process, all of which lead to refinements along the way.
